Position Purpose:

Assumes Responsibility for the daily operations of assigned accounts, including management of client relationships, and management of assigned crews. Plans, develops, and implements effective systems to optimize efficiencies. Develops a strong understanding of client objectives and assesses their business / personal strategies and needs in relation to their objectives. Represents Company at industry seminars, chamber events and trade conventions as required.

Requirements:

Prefer Bachelors degree in Ag Business, Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Maintenance / Design

·         Strong work ethic

·         Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook

·         Effective oral and written communication skills

Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent public relation skills (Customer Service)
• Leadership skills- Important
• Bilingual (Spanish)- Desired

Compliance Manager

Position Title:

·         Compliance Manager

Education:

·         Texas Licensed Irrigator

Essential Functions:

·         Pull permits on all projects

·         Submit necessary Dig Tess

·         Act as a liaison between city inspectors and Heart of Texas Landscape & Irrigation

·         Execute drawings necessary to complete all irrigation work

·         Execute backflow tests on all installed irrigation systems

           (Once Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification is completed post hiring)

·         Perform material takeoffs

·         Adjust heads

·         Monitor inventory regularly

Experience Required:

·         Previous work in irrigation field

·         Clear & Valid Texas Driver License (Class C)

Abilities / Skills:

·         This position will require physical abilities: Walking, standing, sitting, stooping, climbing,

             bending, & lifting 10 lb. bags etc.

·         Ability to successfully manage client relationships

·         Works well in a team environment

·         Excellent organizational abilities

·         Strong oral and written communication abilities
